No. You send them an approval link, for a single post or the whole month, optionally protected by a 6-digit PIN. You can revoke it at any time.

Can my client see our internal comments?

No. Your team's internal comments are hidden from client approvers.

Can I share a design so someone else can edit it?

Yes, by email, with view, comment or edit access. Edit access is included from the Pro plan.
