Question 1

How much does Selamia cost?

Accepted Answer

Selamia has four plans: Free at €0, Pro at €19.99 a month excl. VAT, Autopilot at €39.99 a month excl. VAT and Agency at €79 a month excl. VAT. The Free plan has no time limit. Annual billing saves you 20%. When you sign up, the Autopilot plan is free for 14 days.

Question 2

What's the difference between Pro, Autopilot and Agency?

Accepted Answer

Pro has everything to create and post yourself: unlimited scheduled posts, 10 social accounts, 150 AI credits a month, AI-generated images, importing your own photos and videos, and the AI autopilot that drafts your week (you approve). Autopilot adds AI that posts for you, automatic replies to simple messages and reviews, the owner view and the AI log, with 500 AI credits, 15 social accounts and 3 team members, for one brand. Agency takes everything in Autopilot to several brands or clients: 3 included, 10 team members, client approval and white-label reports.

Question 3

What is the Autopilot plan?

Accepted Answer

The Autopilot plan (€39.99 a month excl. VAT) is for you if you want Selamia to take care of everything: autopilot plans and publishes the week's posts, the AI answers simple questions on its own (opening hours, address, bookings) and thanks people for good reviews, the owner view explains your results in plain English and the AI log details every action with the reason behind it. It includes 500 AI credits a month, 15 social accounts and 3 team members, for one brand.

Question 4

What is the Agency plan?

Accepted Answer

The Agency plan (€79 a month excl. VAT) is built for agencies, franchises and multi-store brands: everything Autopilot does, for 3 brands or clients included, each with its own Brand Kit, networks and calendar. Each extra brand costs €15/month excl. VAT and adds 10 social accounts and 200 AI credits. It also includes 10 team members with roles, client approval before publishing, white-label PDF reports, 30 social accounts and 1,500 AI credits a month.

Question 5

How does the free trial work?

Accepted Answer

When you sign up, you get every feature of the Autopilot plan for 14 days, AI included, with no credit card and no commitment. Create your visuals, connect your networks and schedule your posts. When the trial ends, choose the plan that suits you, or you'll move to the Free plan automatically.

Question 6

Is the AI included in every plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every plan includes AI credits that renew each month: 20 with Free, 150 with Pro, 500 with Autopilot and 1,500 with Agency. A caption costs 1 credit, a complete one-click post 2 credits and the monthly calendar 5 credits. AI image generation is included from the Pro plan (4 credits per image).

Question 7

What if I run out of AI credits?

Accepted Answer

You can buy a top-up at any time, on any plan: 100 credits for €2.99, 500 credits for €9.99 and 1,500 credits for €24.99 (excl. VAT). It's a one-off payment and these credits never expire: they kick in once your monthly credits are used up.

Question 8

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

Accepted Answer

Prices are shown excluding VAT. The applicable VAT is added to your invoice (20% in mainland France). EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT.

Question 9

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Accepted Answer

With annual billing you pay once for 12 months and save 20% compared with monthly. Monthly billing lets you stop whenever you like, with no commitment.

Question 10

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any time from Settings › Billing. Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.

Question 11

What happens if I reach a plan limit?

Accepted Answer

No hidden fees, ever. Selamia lets you know when you're getting close to a limit and suggests upgrading if you need to. Posts you've already scheduled are never deleted.

Question 12

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires) via Stripe, our secure payment provider. Selamia never sees or stores your card number. An invoice is available for every payment.

Question 13

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

In one click, from Settings › Billing. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops. You can export your visuals before you go.
