Do I need design skills?

No. Start from a template that already looks great and change the text and photos: sizes, alignment and colours are already sorted. Add your logo and colours to your Brand Kit and they apply everywhere. If you get stuck, ask Selamia AI.

Is Selamia only for businesses?

Not at all. Lots of people use it for personal projects: an invitation, a wedding card, a CV, a class presentation, a poster for a club. Shops, nonprofits, schools, creators and companies also use it to keep their social media going.

What can Selamia AI do?

Selamia AI writes your text, suggests ideas, builds a complete post from one sentence, generates images (from the Pro plan), removes photo backgrounds, rewrites and translates. You can also just ask it a question in the chat. You always stay in control: review, edit, approve.

Can the AI run my social media for me?

Much of it, yes. The AI autopilot drafts your week's posts based on what works for you, and you approve with one tap. On the Autopilot plan, it can also post on its own and answer simple questions (opening hours, address, bookings), and every action is explained in the AI log.

Is my data used to train the AI?

No. Your texts, photos and information are only used to create your own content. They are never used to train AI models, by Selamia or by our providers, and they are never sold.

Which social networks can I publish to with Selamia?

Today: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Google Business, Threads, Bluesky, Telegram and WhatsApp (rappel). Every post is automatically adapted to each network's format and caption length.

Can I download or print what I make?

Yes. Download your designs as images or PDFs. For print (flyers, posters, business cards, invitations), Selamia prepares a PDF at the right size, with the bleed and crop marks printers expect.

Do I need a credit card to get started?

No. You start for free, with no credit card. When you sign up, you get the Autopilot plan free for 14 days, with every feature and AI included. After that, pick a paid plan… or stay on the Free plan and pay nothing.

I work in a team or manage several brands. How does that work?

For a single brand with a team, the Autopilot plan includes 3 team members on top of you. For several brands or clients (agency, franchise, group of shops), the Agency plan includes 3, each with its own Brand Kit, networks and calendar, then €15/month excl. VAT for each extra brand. It also comes with 10 team members, client approval before publishing and white-label PDF reports.

Are my accounts and data secure?

Selamia connects to your networks through their official login flows: we never see your passwords. Your access tokens are encrypted, you can disconnect a network at any time and delete your account in one click.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Monthly plans have no commitment and can be cancelled in one click from your settings. All the details are on the Pricing page.
